education and training

Stefanie Zappimbulso

Since I studied architecture at the ETH Zurich I find balance in regular meditation and yoga practice.

From 2011 to 2016 I lived in Paris and in 2015 I trained to become a Shiatsu family therapist in order to practice Shiatsu with my children and friends.

It was love at first touch. On our return to Switzerland, I decided to follow my heart and train as a Shiatsu therapist at Phoenix school for complementary therapy.

Learning to accompany people is a great joy for me. Shiatsu is a process for me in which I help people to strengthen their self-healing powers and to get in balance. It is a dialogue.
